Choreographers, Professors, Talent Agencies, etc.
STEP 4 ; SUBMIT
Organise and schedule photoshoots of Talents (if needed)
Collect photoshoot fees. (if applicable)
Collect all Talents photos & article and submit all content for publishing
according to Publishing Requirements.

List all booked scheduled Site Visits
EVENT ATTENDANCE REPORT
List Events Attended to, and brief overall feedback,

List all Submissions send, with Names and Club Info,

Request payment on the 15th and the 30th of every month :
We need the photos to be the Original size. Please do not reduce their sizes or crop them. We require minimum 1500 pixel. We accept Dropbox and We-Transfer. You can also send multiple emails if photos are too big, just include the name of the model in the subject field on each emails
The Cover Model is usually given to the highest magazine seller/buyer. Any Model can buy the Cover Page outright to be guaranteed maximum exposure. Otherwise, Our selection is based on the photos and articles. We support Role-Models. Models who have (or going through) a life event (Cancer, Death of a relative, etc)... or had an amazing accomplishment or life story. But photos must always be of quality for cover
The magazine is not an inventory product that is shipped upon order… the magazine requires compilation, redaction, going to Press before being shipped. Please allow 2 weeks for Redaction and 2 weeks for the Press, plus delivery time.

No... We don't pay for submissions. Photographers can join our Talent Scouts, we GUARANTEE them publishing in any of our magazines. They in return charge more for that extra feature to their clients. They can GUARANTEE PUBLISHING to their clients before they even shoot them and charge extra for that additional service
We do credit photographers for their work, you do not need to remove the photographer's credit. However, we cannot use photos in which the photographer put a watermark all over the photo, or on top of the model, or wrote PROOF on the photo. You must write clearly the photographer credits on the application.
